Portfolio

So what is a portfolio?

A portfolio is a collection of your work - whether you're a photographer or a web designer or an artist - it is basically a collection of the best of your work.

A portfolio will contain often contain commercial work, work for competitions, or that which is recognised at excellent. If you've never worked for anyone then you might find it hard to put together a convincing portfolio.

Being web related as it is - you'll probably realise that one of the best places to put a portfolio is online. It is recommended that you use neutral web space - ie: don't use part of a web site for your portfolio if the other half contains rude jokes!
